Return & Refund Policy

We love to serve our customers and we strongly believe in sustainable and minimalist e-commerce transactions. Every returned order comes with an environmental cost making it unsustainable and hence, we offer a sustainable and customer-centric “Returns Policy”.

Domestic Orders (within India)

Returns will be accepted subject to the following –

  • The minimum order value is INR 5,000.
  • The Return request is placed within 3 days of order delivery.
  • We do not accept partial Return request.

Initiate a Return request

  1. Write to our Customer Support team via email (info@nizen.in) within 3 business days of receiving the order.
  2. Provide your Contact details, Order ID, product image and invoice copy for our reference.
  3. A pickup will be scheduled from the same location where the product was delivered within 3-5 business days.
  4. A refund will be initiated only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact within 30 days of scheduled pickup.

Refunds will not be initiated under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged or used.
  • Product packaging is tampered with.
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories.
  • Serial Number is tampered with.
  • If request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery

International Orders (outside India)

  • No returns accepted for international orders due to shipping and handling overheads.
  • We DO NOT accept any exchange requests for domestic or international orders.

Refund Policy

  • We will deduct INR 500 for towards shipping and handling charges for all returned orders. Order value will be refunded excluding the Delivery charges.
  • Any coupon codes redeemed in an order will not be reinstated even if the order is cancelled or returned.
  • Refunds will be credited to the same account via which payment was made.
